Kirkøy Homeowners' Association is one of Eastern Norway's oldest and most traditional coastal associations, located on Kirkøy – the southernmost of the Hvaler islands. With 58 cabins spread along the coastline, this is a community where generations of families have spent their summers.

Holdes én gang i året. Alle hytteeiere har stemmerett og kan stille til valg i styret.

Felles arbeidsdager der hytteeiere bidrar til vedlikehold og fellesarealene holdes i orden.
